Maha RERA is Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. This authority has been appointed by government of Maharashtra for maintaining transparency among Buyer of Real estate property, Builder/Developer and Agent.
For Under construction property: Stamp Duty, Registration Fee, GST (Goods & Service Tax) are mandatory to be paid while purchasing the property. For Resale or Completed property GST is Not Applicable.
GST is Goods and Service Tax. In case of purchasing under construction Real Estate Property it is applicable. For Completion Certificate received properties it is not applicable.
It is one of the Taxes required to be paid to the Government of Maharashtra / Municipal Corporation.
Building plan layout, Commencement certificate, NA certificate for Land, 7/12 Extract, Land sale deed or JV documents. And for Resale Property: chain of Agreements, Completion certificate of property, Property Tax receipts etc.
Buyer should check Name of property as well as his/her own name, Flat/unit Number of property, Area of property Address of property as well as his/her own present address, PAN Number on agreement before signing it.
